Our award-winning, Grass-fed, Goat Milk Ghee comes from our pastured goats in the misty grasslands of the Pacific Northwest. This mouth-watering butter delivers both sweet and savory flavor and is packed with wholesome medium-chain triglycerides (MCT’s) such as lauric and capric acid. Ours starts as fresh goat milk harvested from grass-fed goats on our farm in Washington State. The cream from this goat milk is churned into butter and then gently simmered for several hours. During each small-batch simmer, the milk solids, protein, and lactose sink to the bottom of the kettle leaving behind a pure butter oil.

Extend the shelf life of your ghee by storing in the refrigerator. Due to the high content of medium chain triglycerides (MCT’s), goat milk ghee may become liquid at room temperature. Use a clean, dry utensil each time you remove ghee from this jar. This is a natural food product and may exhibit slight color, taste, and density variations from batch to batch.
