From Our Hawaiian Ponds to You: The Purity Difference

“Made in the USA” doesn’t always mean “Grown in the USA.” While most astaxanthin is grown in labs, ours is cultivated naturally outdoors in sun-drenched, open ponds. We nourish our *Haematococcus pluvialis* microalgae with 100% pure Hawaiian aquifer water, which is naturally filtered through lava rock. This unique, sustainable process creates a clean, potent, and full-spectrum carotenoid complex, just as nature intended.

Clinically Supported for Whole-Body Wellness

BioAstin® Hawaiian Astaxanthin is one of the most clinically studied antioxidants in the world. As one of nature’s most powerful free-radical scavengers, it provides comprehensive support for your body.

• Supports Skin Health: Helps to support skin hydration and protect against oxidative stress from environmental factors like sun exposure.*
• Aids Joint & Tendon Health: Supports joint comfort and healthy inflammatory response after strenuous exercise, aiding in recovery.*
• Promotes Eye & Brain Function: Astaxanthin can cross the blood-retinal and blood-brain barriers, providing direct antioxidant support to these vital organs.*
• Supports a Healthy Immune System: Helps to support a balanced and resilient immune system response.*

How to Use for Best Results

For daily wellness, take one (1) to three (3) softgels with a meal. As Astaxanthin is a fat-soluble nutrient, taking it with food containing healthy fats (like avocado, nuts, or olive oil) will enhance its absorption.

Important Safety Information

Please consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not use if the outer safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What makes Hawaiian Astaxanthin different from other astaxanthin?

The difference is the source and cultivation method. BioAstin® is grown naturally outdoors in a pure, controlled environment in Hawaii, exposed to real sunlight. This creates a superior, full-spectrum product compared to astaxanthin grown indoors in labs or sourced synthetically.

Is the red color of the softgel artificial?

No, not at all. Astaxanthin is a natural, deep red pigment. It’s the same powerful antioxidant that gives salmon, shrimp, and flamingos their vibrant pinkish-red color from their diet of algae.

How does this support my skin during sun exposure?

Astaxanthin accumulates in the skin and provides potent antioxidant support, helping your cells manage the oxidative stress caused by UV radiation. It is not a sunscreen and should be used in conjunction with proper sun protection.
